Amelia Spillers

Amelia Kelly Spillers, 54, of Courtland, Alabama passed away Monday, June 17, 2024, at her residence. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 21, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Lavanul Sherrill officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens.

Born on June 3, 1970, to Oneal and Judy Daniel Kelly, Amelia was a graduate of East Lawrence High School and Northwest Shoals Community College. Amelia was a nurse for over 20 years. Amelia enjoyed being "MeMe" to all of her babies, shopping, and cheering on the Crimson Tide.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Patrick Spillers; two daughters, Kelly (Cody) Dutton and Kayla (Ben) Sivley; grandson, Canon Dutton; one sister, Amanda (Jeremy) Alred; three brothers, Edward (Jennifer) Kelly, Patrick (Misty) Kelly, and Jason (Katie) Kelly; sister-in-law, Karen (Terry) Long; father-in-law, Gaythel Spillers, fur baby, CoCo; 14 nieces and nephews; and extended family members.

Amelia was preceded in death by her parents, Oneal and Judy Kelly; mother-in-law, Carolyn Spillers.

Pallbearers will be family.
