Betty Bradford

Betty Jane Bradford, 84, of Mount Hope, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024 at North Alabama Medical Center. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Bro. Roger Houston officiating. Burial will be at Masterson Cemetery.

Born on May 8, 1939 to the late William and Lassie Jones Pace, Betty will be remembered as a very loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her children, Greg Bradford, Melanie (Steve) Burden, and Kem (Kevin) Terry; grandchildren, Cody (Lizz) Burden, Lesli (Cody) Price, Whitney Burden, Ashton (Justin) McCraw, Matthew (Jenny) Grissom, Jadyn Burden, Jasmine Burden; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Ella Mae Little; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Hutson Bradford; parents; brothers, William Pace, Jr., Jimmy Pace, and Clayton Pace; sister, Sadie Vess.

Pallbearers will be Cody Burden, Matthew Grissom, Cody Price, Justin McCraw, Carson Flanagan and Ryder Flanagan. Honorary Pallbearers are Jadyn Burden, and Trey Burden.

The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at North Alabama Medical Center and Centerwell Home Health for their wonderful care of our Mother.
