Charles Norwood

Charles D. Norwood, 74, of Courtland passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation will be from to 1 till 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. with Scottie Letson and Brandon Kerby officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.
A member of Courtland Baptist Church, Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde “Bill” and Earline Terry Norwood; his brother, Wayne Norwood; and sister, Joan Hutto.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Norwood; daughter, Vickey Borden (Steven); grandson, Jesse Borden; and sister, Kathleen Collins (Wayne) all of Moulton.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Hutto, Stacy Hollis, Josh Cross, Chris Norwood, Stacy Norwood, and Jeffrey Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Courtland Baptist Church Building Fund.
