Faye Hicks

Dorothy "Faye" Hicks, 89, of Mount Hope, Alabama passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at Terrace Manor Nursing and Rehab Russellville, AL. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home with James Wallace officiating.

Born on March 11, 1935, to John and Irene Camron Riggs, Faye was a member of Harris Chapel Church of God and served God faithfully her entire life. Faye enjoyed spending time with family and attending her church.

Survivors include her two sons, Anthony (Terryl) Hicks and John (Patricia) Hicks; grandchildren, Jenna Hicks, Patrick Hicks, Jonathan Hicks, and Matthew Hicks; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Hicks; parents; and her siblings.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
