Harold Zills

Harold “Roger” Zills, 70, of Huntsville passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Lawrence Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 3:30 pm on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Sanderson Cemetery with Scotty Letson and Ron Zills officiating. Burial will be in Sanderson Cemetery.

Roger was a retired Army Medic, E6, 82nd Airbourne , the 101st Airbourne, the R.O.T.C.,

American Legion and the Alabama National Guard. Roger was a member of Meadow Drive Baptist Church, Huntsville,Al.

Survivors include his two brothers, Gerald Wayne Zills (Jeanette Kay)and Charles Ronald Zills (Charlene).

One sister, Darlene Berry. One Nephew, John Zills. (Sarah), Four nieces, Starra Keen (Michael), Ember Tisdale, Andrea Towery (Phillip), Lindsey Berry, Numerous Cousins, two aunts, Sue Hallmark, Blanche Zills.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Vernon and Dorothy Zills.
