Born on April 3, 1947 to Harry and Flora Beadnell Williamson, Harry graduated in 1965 from Dodd Ridge County High School in West Union, WV. He served in the US Air Force from 1966 to 1972, attending Air Force Technical Schools during that time.
Harry Williamson was a great man of faith in Father God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. He never doubted for an instant the Lord's love and provision for him (and everyone else). He gave his all for Christ. The very definition of an excellent helper, he was always present to help in any way he could. Harry served the Lord with gladness and a gracious heart.
Harry was an excellent mechanic for over 35 years. After retiring he was a missionary and served as the administrator of Camp Peniel in Galeana, N. L. Mexico. He was very instrumental in bringing the Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child Ministry to the state of Nuevo Leon in Mexico.
He loved fishing, squirrel hunting, and had a great love of nature. Harry could fix anything once he set his mind to it. "Mr. Fix-It" enjoyed finding out how things worked and repairing them to better than new. You have never met a man with more patience. His generosity was demonstrated with family and fellow sojourners on this earth in the USA and Mexico.
Declared as the "Best Dad and Pops ever" by his children, his sister testifies that he was the best brother a sister could ever have and expressed (as we all do) that it will be an awesome day when we join him with our Lord in Heaven.
