Hazel Vandiver

Hazel Louise Reed Vandiver, 87 years old of Town Creek, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, December 16, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
The visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2016 from 12:00 -2:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Irons  and Bro. Bill Moede officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.
Mrs. Vandiver was a member of Sanderson Chapel United Methodist Church and was retired as an Administrative Assistant at Monsanto.
She was preceded in death by her husband: James Vandiver and her parents: Walcie Howard Reed and Annie Lou White Reed.
Mrs. Vandiver is survived by her daughter: Marcia Guyse and her husband, Tim of Decatur, two grandsons: Zachary Guyse and his wife, Marie and Jeremy Guyse and his wife, Alliyah both of Madison, one great grandson: Theodore Alexander Guyse and one great granddaughter: Adelaide Mae Guyse.
Pallbearers  will be: Greg Vandiver, Waymon Jones, Mac McCreless, Lee McCreless, Dave Suski and Rene Payne.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Sanderson Chapel United Methodist Church or the Alzheimers
Foundation of America.
