Jeffie Letson

Jeffalene T. Letson, 78, of Town Creek passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 at NHC of Moulton. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Elmwood Cemetery with Marvin Huckaba officiating.

Born on October 15, 1941 in Town Creek, Jeffie was a member of Time of Harvest Church. She enjoyed going to yard sales and was an avid Alabama Football fan and a Hazelwood Golden Bear. When she wasn’t watching The Young and The Restless, Price Is Right, and Wheel of Fortune, Jeffie liked to watch John Wayne and Elvis Presley movies.

Survivors include her children, Teresa Jones, Danny Letson (Heather), and Steven Letson; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Jeffie was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Emanuel Letson; parents, Ellis and Hesperann Terry; and her siblings.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lamar and Chris Vess, Doyle and Temple Montgomery and Larry Wayne and Phyllis Terry.

The family extends a special thank you to Natasha Collodo, Jennifer Terry, Tim and Rebecca McCalpin, and the Time of Harvest Church for their love and support given to Mrs. Jeffie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
