Jewell Anderson

Jewell Sutton Taylor Anderson, 77, of Town Creek passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM till 2:00 PM on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Lawrence Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM Friday, January 22, 2021 at Moulton Memory Gardens. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.

Jewell was a faithful member of Harris Chapel Church. She loved to shop, cook and Alabama Football. Jewell truly love spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite things to do was attend Gospel Singings.

Survivors include her step children; Jeff Anderson (Bernice), Glennville, Georgia and Tim Anderson (Vickie), Morris, Alabama; a host of grand and great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands; Billy Taylor and Bennie “Andy” Anderson, her parents; Vivon and Ida Sutton, three brothers; Edward Sutton, Robert Sutton and Coy Sutton and three sisters; Lela Mae Blackwood, Earline Smith and Lillian Blackwood.

Pallbearers will be her cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s and the Gideons.
