Joel "Freck" Coan

Joel “Freck” Grant Coan, 54, of Mt Hope AL passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 at Mt Hope. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM 9:00 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Lawrence Funeral Home Moulton AL. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. James Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery.

Survivors include his daughter, Savannah LouAllen; one brother, Dewayne “Deburger” Coan (Pam); one sister, Sandra Rollins (Charles); one grandson, Lane LouAllen; two granddaughters; Diamond LouAllen and Chloe LouAllen; and best buddy, Matt Rollins; nephew, Jesse Wilkins; and one niece, Amber Alexander.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Mattie Sue Lawrimore Coan; and one sister, Pam Dotson.

Pallbearers will be Hal Kirby, Victor Brewer, Patrick Spillers, David Cannon, Todd Shelton, Gary Coan, Gaylon Woods, Keith Terry, Jacob Sprinkle, Tim Borden, Scott Halbrooks, and Anthony Bishop.
