Juanita Sherrill

Juanita Sherrill, 80, of Hatton passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at her home. Visitation will be from to 1:00 till 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bruce Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will be in Rutherford Cemetery.
A member of New Zion Baptist Church, Juanita loved working with the children during Vacation Bible School. She also enjoyed collecting antiques and dolls, and painting.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Sherrill; son, Tim Sherrill (Jan); daughter, Jan Sprinkle (Reggie); brothers, Howard Helton and Bill Helton; sister, Peggy Feltman; grandchildren, Krista Drinkard (Stan), Erin Mitchell, (Daniel); and Gunnar Sherrill; step grandchildren, Mark Drinkard and Brittany Drinkard; and one great-grandson, Brett Drinkard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Agnes Helton and brother, Worley Helton.
Pallbearers will be Gunnar Sherrill, Stan Drinkard, Daniel Mitchell, Greg Feltman, Gary Sherrill, Buddy Sherrill, Reggie Sprinkle, Mark Drinkard, Marlon Rutherford, Bryan Sherrill, Charlie Murray, Mike Sherrill.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
