Junior Clinton (J.C.) Borden, 62 years old of Haleyville went home to be with the Lord Sunday, December 18, 2016 at his residence.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service
will be Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Chapel with Bro. William Mears officiating.
Burial will be in King Cemetery.
He was retired from Jim Dandy and attended Mt. Zion #1 Missionary Baptist Church .
J.C. was preceded in death by his wife: Lola Mae Borden, his parents: Evilee Borden and Mandie Ann Lane Borden Chaney, his stepfather: William (Bill) Chaney, two brothers: Kenneth Borden and Alton Borden, three sisters: Mossie Faye Borden, Doris Ann Borden and Bettie Craig.
He is survived by three sisters: Nethal Faye Berryman of Russellville, Carolyn Ann Wimbs of Addison and Sybil Jones of Haleyville, seven stepbrothers: Ricky Chaney, Buddy Chaney, Leroy Chaney, Carl Chaney, Jeff Chaney, Timothy Chaney and Junior Chaney and four stepsisters: Doris Manley, Ruby Cook, Janice Baker and Elaine Chaney.
Pallbearers will be Pee Wee Copeland, Mark Borden, Lucas Borden, Elton Borden, Johnny Borden and Jeff Chaney.
