Karen Carvell

Karen L. Carvell, 64, of Moulton, originally from Aurora, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at North Alabama Medical Center. A memorial service will be planned at a later date with Lawrence Funeral Home assisting the family.

Born on July 23, 1957 to the late Billie Lee and Rosemarie Sheeks, Karen was a member of Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church and worked as a nurse for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. After many years of medical issues, she now walks completely healed with her Lord and Savior.

Survivors include her sons, John Carvell (Melissa) and Thomas Carvell (Katie); grandchildren, Ryan and Jenny Carvell, Jonathan, Selena, and Cody Carvell, Bryce, Blake, and Chase Clark; great-granddaughter, Novaya Moore; great-grandson, Canyon Clark; sister, Lynn Louallen (Tim); brother, Jeff Sheeks (Cindy); several nieces, nephews and extended family.
