Kayla Sanford

Kayla Paige Sanford, 30, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022 at UAB Hospital. A Graveside Service will be at Blackground Cemetery in Town Creek, AL on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.

Born on September 13, 1991 to David and Linda Brooks Sapp, Kayla enjoyed taking long long walks, crocheting, coloring, and any other types of arts and crafts.

Survivors include her spouse Kenneth of Haleyville; two children, Selena Sanford, and Derek Sanford; her parents David and Linda Sapp of Haleyville; one sister, Briona Glenn of Haleyville; one aunt, Shirley Camp of Brilliant; Grandmother, Betty Jo Sapp of Haleyville; Several aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Kayla is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Brooks; and paternal grandfather, Buford Sapp; and brother, Benjamin Lamar.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
