Keith Coan

Keith Wade Coan, 59, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Redmond Talley and Ronnie Edgil officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens in Moulton, AL.

Born on February 5, 1964, to Hershel and Hilda Landers Coan, Keith was a lifetime member of the Moulton Volunteer Fire Department. For 25 years Keith was the sideline manager of the Lawrence County High School football team, and three years as the Hatton High School Football team sideline manager. Keith enjoyed cooking, learning new recipes, and spending time at the lake with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Kimberly Coan; one brother, Steve Coan; sister-in-law, Karen Johnson (Kevin); mother-in-law, Maggie LouAllen; five nieces, Heather Jolly (Ryan), Courtney Coan, Jennifer Borden (Adam), Anna Grace Coan, and Bartley Kate Coan; two nephews, Matthew Johnson (Brandi) and Andrew Johnson; and five great nieces; one great nephew; and brother from another mother, Steve McLemore (Julie).

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Hilda Coan; and brother, Stanley Coan.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Moulton Fire Department.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
