Kenneth Elkins

Kenneth Ray Elkins, 72, years old of Moulton, passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at his residence. Visitation will be Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Copeland and Bro. Neil Carter officiating. The funeral service will be Friday, April 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lynn City Cemetery in Winston County.

Mr. Elkins was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He served in the Army with the 9th Infantry Division in Viet Nam. Mr. Elkins was a member of the VFW.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years: Carolyn Jo Elkins, one son: Kenneth Elkins Jr(Mary Hannah), two brothers: Wayne Elkins and John Elkins(Donna), one sister: Shirley Johnson and two grand dogs: Wheeler and Lilly.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Elkins, one sister: Dean Simmons, one brother: Tom Elkins, two brother-n-laws: Kin Johnson and Earl Simmons and one sister-n-law: Marie Elkins.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
