Kenneth Sapp

Kenneth Gary Sapp, 60, of Trinity, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at his home. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 08, 2022 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Ryan Wilburn officiating. Burial will be at Caddo Cemetery in Trinity.

Born on February 15, 1962 to Frank and Donnie Minor Sapp, Kenneth worked at Southern Utility Solutions. He was crazy about his grandkids and enjoyed fishing, cutting grass and mechanic work. Kenneth also enjoyed going to tractor shows and was one of the most dependable people you could ever know.

Survivors include his children, Justin Sapp (Leah), Kenneth Sapp, Jr., Crystal James (Kevin); grandchildren, Whitlee Sapp, Ella Sapp, Houston Sapp, Morgan Sapp, Macall Sapp, and Raelynn James; sisters, Linda Decatur, Doris Way, and Melaine Nelms; brothers, James Sapp, Wendell Sapp, and Denford Sapp; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his father, Frank Sapp; mother, Donnie Sapp; sister, Cathy Nelms; brothers, Leon Johnson, Carl Adair, and Roger Sapp.

Pallbearers will be Chris Sapp, Timmy Nelms, Paul Decatur, Jesse Nelms, Jimmy Aldridge, and Jody Cottingham.

The family extends special thanks to his doctors and nurses at Huntsville Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Caddo Congregational Church.
