Lester Ray

Lester Bruce Ray, 61, of Spring Hill, TN, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 at Athens Limestone Hospital. His graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 30, 2024 at Fergason Cemetery with Bro. Dan Compton officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Born on February 24, 1963 in Rome, GA to the late Lester and Martha Joan Ray, Bruce loved Alabama football, and NASCAR racing. But most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Noreen Ray; son, James Greenfield; sisters, Terri (James) Hightower, Tina (George) Frith, and Tonya (Doug) Pope; brother, Brent (Caroline) Ray; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Laine Pope, Landon Pope, Skye Moore, Colton Ray, Kevin Harville, and Donny Stewart.
