Loyal Watson

Loyal "Thomas" Watson, 81, of Town Creek, Alabama passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Born on February 17, 1943, to Leonard and Laura Calhoun Watson, Tom was an avid fisherman. Tom enjoyed working on cars and small engines. Tom attended Lighthouse Full Gospel Church of God. Above all Tom loved his family and grandchildren.

Survivors include his two daughters, Dianna Parker and Miranda Watson; seven grandchildren, Jodi Martin, Adrian Parker, Zackery Etheredge, James Baldwin, Samuel Baldwin, Johnathan Tucker, and Joshua Tucker; eleven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Larry Watson, Ferrol (Kathy) Watson, and Curtis (Dixie) Watson; his loving dog, Buddy; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Laura Watson; two sisters, Katherine Calhoun and Kathleen Copeland; one brother, William Watson; first wife, Knoxie White Watson; and second wife, Brenda Sue Frazier Watson.
