Mary Ann Farrell

Mary Ann Farrell, 69, of Mount Hope, Alabama passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Russellville Hospital. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, December 08, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 9, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will be at Midway Memorial Garden.

Born on March 23, 1955, to George and Geraldine Handibode Leavy, Mary Ann and her husband were originally from New York, and moved to Alabama 21 years ago. They had a total of 44 great years together, and she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Survivors include her husband, James Farrell; one sister, Julia Leavy; three brothers, George Leavy, Richard Leavy, and William Leavy; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, George and Geraldine Leavy.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
