Mary Horton

Mary "Eller" Ann Horton, 61, of Cullman, Alabama passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. The family will schedule a celebration of life service at a later date.

Born on September 22, 1962, to Stewart and Inford Johnson Horton, Mary enjoyed spending her free time fishing and spending time with her granddaughters. Mary was substitute teacher for the Lawrence County school system for many years.

Survivors include her son, Chris Eskridge; grandchildren, Amy Eskridge and Kloe Forster; one sister, Sabrina Horton; one brother, Michael Horton; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Stewart and Inford Horton; and one sister, Linda Terry.

The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
