Survivors include his father, Robert Craig Knight; mother, Leisa Jeannine Dennis (William Daniel); two brothers, Lee Knight and Brandon Knight (Andrea); step-sister, Isabella Dennis; grandparents, Paul and Janie Lisieski, Harold and Ann Smith and Larry and Deb Williams; and great-grandmother, Ethelene Teas.
Robert was a very loving son and brother and always went out of his way to give to others. He always wanted everyone to know how important and special that they were. His last words to his mother were to "stay strong and stay in God's light. I'll see you again one day."
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. I John 1:7
He graduated from Lawrence County High School in 2017 and received a full academic scholarship to the University of North Alabama. As a full time student working towards his business degree, Robert was named to the Deans List and was in the National Society of Leadership and Success. He was also a member of the Moulton Church of Christ and a Reserve Officer with the Moulton Police Department. While he loved to fish and be outdoors, most of all, Robert loved to make others happy.
