Roger Hicks

Roger G. Hicks, 76, of Moulton passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Glenwood Center. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tom Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.

He attended Harmony Methodist Church. Roger loved to fish, mow the lawn and was a regular at Steak & Biscuit, (Coffee Drinker.) He was a loving husband, father and family man.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years; Mary Alexander Hicks, four sons; Rodney Hicks, Trenton Daniel, Sonny Daniel, and Tim Daniel, five grandchildren; Kiley Hicks, Shana Burroughs, Trey Hicks, Allison Jackson, and Christy McKelvey, five great grandchildren and one sister; Joan Patton.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Finley and Wyvonne Hicks, one brother; Carlos Hicks and one son; Finley Hicks.

Pallbearers will be Sonny Daniel, Ronnie Latham, Alan Peyton, Gage McKelvey,  Austin Terry and Nick Jackson. Honorary Pallbearers are Paul Jordan and Buck Gholston.

The family extends special thanks to the Nurses and Physical therapy staff of Glenwood Center and Gina.  A very special Thanks to Nancy Alexander!
