Ruby Lancaster

Ruby Burneaze Lancaster, 90, of Moulton passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Visitation will be from 6 till 8 on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the funeral home with Bros. Kenny Rogers, Kenneth Rogers, and Ramiro Saenz officiating. Burial will be in Caddo Cemetery.

Born on September 19, 1927, Ruby was a member of Calvary Tabernacle in Moulton. She lived for her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Vicky Dotson and Karen Callahan (Chris); sister, Margie Warren; granddaughters, Michelle Lancaster and Dedrea Smith; grandsons, Michael Dotson, Jeremy Lancaster, Jamie Dotson, Colt Callahan, Cody Puckett, Stacy Hagood, and Robert McCollum; 22 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, David Prentis Lancaster; parents, Lemuel Herbert and Daisy Dennie Morrow Cartee; sons, Ronald Prentis Lancaster and Timothy Lancaster, two infant sons, one infant daughter; five brothers and three sisters.

Pallbearers will be Colt Callahan, Jamie Dotson, Jonathan Smith, Noe Guzman, Jeremy Lancaster, and Cody Puckett.
