Cordelia "Corkey" King

Cordelia "Corkey" King, 92, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023, at her residence. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Lovelady officiating. Burial will be at Sardis Baptist Cemetery in Addison, AL.

Born on December 6, 1930, to Lonnie and Ida McClellan Bryson, Corkey enjoyed listening to music and dancing. Corkey also enjoyed gardening.

Survivors include her children, Ruby Mae Cartee and Howard King (Piper); five grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Ida Bryson; two brothers, Arthur Bryson and Carlton Bryson.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
