Stanley Bradford

Stanley William Bradford, 80, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Diversa Care Big Springs. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at  1:00 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Old Liberty Cemetery with Bro. Shane Wheeler officiating.

Born on September 27, 1941, to William and Mattie Terry Bradford, Stanley enjoyed living life to the fullest. Uncle Stan was a coach for Miss Alabama and the Miss America Organizations. He helped several young ladies, with his encouragement and coaching to achieve the title of Miss Alabama. Stan the man was a comedian, anywhere he went he was the life of the party. Stan loved his cats and dogs and especially watching the Auburn Tigers, WAR EAGLE! Lastly, Stan would want you to always know that he Loved ya , Loved ya, Loved ya!

Survivors include his sister, Maxine Craft; four nephews, Billy Keith Randolph, Randy Dover, Doug Dover, and Jeff Dover; three nieces, Kellie Mosley (Larry), Jeana Hines (Keith), and Donna Randolph.

Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mattie Terry Bradford; two sisters, Katheryn Dover, and Daphine Randolph; niece, Sonya Randolph Collins; and nephew, Doug Craft.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family extends special thanks to Compassus Hospice and nurse Derrica.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Old Liberty Church Cemetery fund.
