Larry Terry

Steve "Larry" Terry, 70, of Vinemont, Alabama passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at UAB Hospital. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Ronald Oliver officiating. Burial will be at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born on May 18, 1954, to Steve and Jewel Toller Terry. Larry enjoyed fishing, tinkering, and traveling. Larry's pride and joy was his family and his dog, Cutie Pie.

Survivors include his wife Joan Terry; children, Sonya (Rodney) Terry, Nichole (Larry) Terry, and Sheila (Adam) Pentecost; grandchildren, Courtney Reed, Joshua Mizell, Nathan Terry, Logan Terry, Luke Terry, Laine Terry; one great-grandchild, River Terry; one sister, Letonya Miller; one brother, Billy Terry; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Jewel Terry; his first wife, Annette Terry; two brothers, Dan Terry and Jimmy Terry; three sisters, Betty Helms, Beatrice Morris, and Nelda Eskridge.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Mizell, Nathan Terry, Logan Terry, Luke Terry, Adam Pentecost, and Jonathan Watwood.

The family extends special thanks to nurses and staff at UAB Hospital.
