William "Bill" Holloway

William "Bill" Gartrell Holloway Jr., 63, of Trinity, Alabama passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Huntsville Hospital Huntsville, AL. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 04, 2023, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Chris Stricklin officiating. Burial will be at Sparks Cemetery in Hillsboro, AL.

Born on January 12, 1960, to William and Anna Daniels Holloway Sr., Bill enjoyed watching the Alabama Crimson Tide, working on various projects, and camping with his family. If you could dream it, Bill could build it.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Holloway; three children, William Holloway III, Seth Holloway, Holly Stricklin (Chris); grandchildren, Natalie Parker, Aaliyah Holloway, Dixie Holloway, Bethany Holloway, and Briarleigh Holloway; one sister, Annette Tolbert; three brothers, Steve Brannon (Mary), Phillip Brannon (Judy), and Jeff Brannon (Donna); and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

William was preceded in death by his parents, William and Anna Holloway; wife, Wendy Holloway; step-father, Earnest Brannon; brother, Roger Holloway.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family extends special thanks to Huntsville Hospital's NICU unit.
